Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Delivery is priced by region: UK, Europe, North America and Rest of World. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Three ways to buy

Every product page shows one of these labels:

• Ready to buy. Sent once your order is placed.
• Made to order. Made for you after you order, such as our paintings and furniture.
• Personalised. Made with the initials or details you enter.

Where a lead time has been confirmed, it is shown on the product page. Otherwise we confirm it by email after you order.

Free UK delivery

UK orders over £150 ship free.

Furniture

Furniture is delivered by freight, separately from smaller pieces. We confirm the lead time by email after you order.

Separate parcels

Our pieces come from different makers, so an order with several pieces may arrive in more than one parcel. You will receive tracking for each one.

Tracking

We email tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are paid by the recipient on arrival.

Your address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived when expected, email support@thecultedit.com with your order number and photos of any damage, and we will put it right.
